4 SIMPLE TIPS ON GETTING RID OF ACNE/PIMPLES EASILY

Take care of your skin! I know a lot of girls who go to bed with their make up on, that's a total no-no for anyone trying to get rid of acne.
Here's a few, simple, inexpensive tips on how to get rid of acne in little or no time

1. WASH YOUR FACE!!!!
        Acne is a by product of clogged pores, washing your face helps open up those pores, reduce oil thereby helping your skin... breathe.

2. DEEP CLEANSE/EXFOLIATE
        Get rid of that dead skin girl, I'd recommend a natural deep cleansing method but not everyone has the time so find a product that isn't too harsh, one that you can use at least 3 times a week.

3. LET GO OF ALL THOSE PRODUCTS
        You can't be using a million products on one skin and expect it to be flawless.. really? Come on.

4. MOISTURIZE 
         This is key. After washing your face or exfoliating, moisturize.  This helps get rid of dryness.
I'd recommend coconut oil or almond oil (preferably).
It's adviceable to have a pack of wipes handy for those days when you just don't feel like putting in the extra effort.

The Pain In My Chest

The last few days of this year have been the roughest for me. A week after losing my phone and all my documents in it, my family (dad and younger sisters) and I were involved in a very fatal accident but glory be to God, no life was lost.
