WHY SEX EDUCATION SHOULD BE TAKEN SERIOUSLY

I believe that sex education should be taken seriously and should begin when the child is at least 3 years of age. Why? This generation coming would be much more harder to control due to exposure, i.e, the things they see on TV and around them. I am not saying you should go all in, what I’m saying is you should let them know somehow that somethings are wrong and unacceptable. You can do that without disturbing their innocence. Here’s how you can do that:  - Start by telling them how precious they are tell them how special their bodies are and that no matter the circumstance, no one has the right to touch their bodies in a way that makes them feel uncomfortable. - Encourage them to tell you about their day, everyday if possible. - Learn to scold them lovingly (like this is ever possible, lol. We can still try.) This next point is the most important one to me. African parents, research has shown that 7 out of 10 rapes are committed by someone known to the victim.-

HOW GRATEFUL ARE YOU???

Happy sunday beautiful people of this world and before I start I'd like to appreciate you all for consistently reading my contents,  for the comments and the shares, I believe we can achieve greater things. Its children's day, yayyy!!!! Happy children's day to all the awesome kids in the world, including me. That being said, I just want to ask, how grateful are you? How grateful are you to people who do the littlest things for you? How grateful are you to God? Earlier this year, for the first time in the 19 years I've spent on planet earth, I had a bad case of constipation.  Yeah, funny but it wasn't so funny then. Imagine not being able to poop, jeez. Well, I didn't understand the importance of pooping until I couldn't poop. Lol, sorry for the frequency of the word  'poop'. Do you know that there are people who can't breathe naturally? Do you know that your situation could be much worse? I'm not sure you do cause if you did, you'd

ANOTHER RAPE EXPERIENCE

It all started at age 8 when my siblings made me angry so I went down stairs into one of the rooms in the house to sleep, I felt someone touching me it was my cousin (OLDER). I didn't understand what he was doing at that time, he was touching my tiny breast and it was very painful..... I told him to stop that it was paining me but he refused,I tried shouting and he told me that nobody was around, I was so scared because I didn't know what he was trying to do until he tried inserting his penis into me. I cried and cried but no one came to my rescue, he finished what he was doing.I was covered with blood and also the pains were too much, well he cleaned me up and took me to where my siblings were.I could not walk very well, my stomach was hurting,I was not feeling comfortable around him anymore because of what happened and also he was always monitoring my movement, he didn't want me to tell anyone about it. It got to an extent I could not urinate well, whenever

A REAL RAPE STORY (AN EXPERIENCE)

So much has been said about sexual molestation,  assaults, rape etc and for some people, they're just mere stories. Unfortunately for others, its their reality. Before I delve into the topic of rape, I'd be letting you in on the REAL stories of people out there who somehow, have been victims of such circumstances. I was 15 when I lost my virginity I had hoped so had to protect. At the time, there was this friend of my cousin's who wouldn't let me be all in the name of he liked me. He was always stalking me, telling me he'd do anything for me and all. I kept turning him down, and I guess my rejection didn't go down well with him and he told me "you'll see". I called his bluff and went about my normal day to day life. Mind you, this was happening in my village because, at the time, my parents had taken me with them to the village following a relatives burial they wanted us to attend. So, some days after the burial, my parents trave

LETS TALK ABOUT SEX

In Nigeria and even all around Africa, the topic, SEX  is more or less ignored and this has a terrible effect on the young ones as they grow up because talking about sex with your kids, helps them understand more about sex and from a reliable source.  You’d agree with me that there’s a lot of lies about sex and leaving the younger ones to learn the hard way is not the best way. So, my next posts would treat the topic of sex and everything associated with it from the youngster’s point of view. We’d be talking about sexual assaults, rape, molestation and everything sex. First of all, is there really a right time to start talking to your kids about sex? If yes, when is the right time? Subscribe, like, drop a comment, share and stay tuned and by the way something juicy is coming your way. Have a lovely week ahead people.

4 SIMPLE TIPS ON GETTING RID OF ACNE/PIMPLES EASILY

Take care of your skin! I know a lot of girls who go to bed with their make up on, that's a total no-no for anyone trying to get rid of acne. Here's a few, simple, inexpensive tips on how to get rid of acne in little or no time 1. WASH YOUR FACE!!!!         Acne is a by product of clogged pores, washing your face helps open up those pores, reduce oil thereby helping your skin... breathe. 2. DEEP CLEANSE / EXFOLIATE         Get rid of that dead skin girl, I'd recommend a natural deep cleansing method but not everyone has the time so find a product that isn't too harsh, one that you can use at least  3  times a week. 3.   LET GO OF ALL THOSE PRODUCTS         You can't be using a million products on one skin and expect it to be flawless.. really? Come on. 4.  MOISTURIZE            This is key. After washing your face or exfoliating, moisturize.  This helps get rid of dryness. I'd recommend coconut oil or almond oil (preferably). It's ad
